Before you order,
check these five things.

1Choose the variant and quantity

Use the listing's selector before adding an item to your cart. For clothing, choose the size; for a design or pack option, read the contents as well as the photo.

Our Reading Frog mug listing has two different options: Service For 1 is one Frog mug; Service For 2 is one Frog mug and one Raven Books mug. The pair is one retail set containing two physical mugs.

Other listings are sold separately unless their own description explicitly says they are a set. Frames, styling props and separate gift wrapping are not included in the illustrated products.

2Compare measurements

For a garment, measure a similar item you already wear and compare with that listing's size table. A flat garment width is not your chest circumference.

For a mug, paper print or postcard pack, check the capacity, dimensions and pack count. Some postcard sets repeat one illustration; our mixed-animal set contains three different designs. The individual listing explains which you are buying.

3Check delivery for the recipient

Our current physical-product offers support the US destinations shown on their Bonanza listings. Check the recipient's destination before paying, especially if you are browsing from another country.

These products are printed to order by our production partner Printful. Production happens before carrier transit. Use the handling time and delivery estimate on the individual listing; an estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Fulfillment facilities may vary by product and availability.

4Review the total and payment options

Checkout takes place on Bonanza. Review your selected variant, quantity, delivery, any eligible coupon and applicable tax before payment. Standard shipping is included where the listing offers free shipping to the supported US destination; tax may be extra.

PayPal is currently displayed on our listings. Choose from the payment methods offered during checkout. If PayPal offers a guest card option for your purchase, you can choose it there.

5Ask when a detail matters

Open the product listing and choose Contact the seller to ask about a size, design, pack or delivery detail before ordering.

For an existing order, contact us through Bonanza with the order reference and the issue. Read the current return and fulfillment conditions in the listing, together with Bonanza's buyer-protection information.

Our original illustrations were developed with AI assistance. The product images are digital mockups; use the listed measurements alongside the pictures when choosing.
