If the clothing size is uncertain, the notebook avoids that particular choice. It is a plain lined notebook: the garden ideas below are suggestions to copy in yourself, not pages printed inside it.
Lay a T-shirt you already like on a flat surface. Compare its width across the chest and its length with this chart. These are garment measurements, not body circumference.
Supplier measurements may vary by up to 2 inches (5 cm). Choosing by a familiar garment gives you more information than relying only on a letter size. Machine wash cold, inside out; dry low or hang dry, and do not iron directly over the print.
The cover is 5.75 inches wide and 8 inches tall. The 150 pages are lined, with no dates, planning templates or specialist beekeeping forms. It can be a place for everyday notes as well as garden observations.
The supplier adds a small 0.5 × 0.5 inch barcode to the back cover. Keep the notebook dry.

A little something to put on the first page
You can use these prompts in any notebook. Copy the headings you like; a sentence, a list or a small sketch is enough. They also make a gentle starting point when giving an otherwise empty journal.
