Four pages in each paper-size edition

• Plant profile: name, ID, location, care source and observation space
• Undated care log with 12 entries for dates, actions and observations
• Six cut-out care cards, each 85 x 64 mm at actual size
• Twelve plant labels, each 54 x 45 mm at actual size

The ZIP contains two four-page fillable PDFs (A4 and US Letter), two editable SVGs, README and LICENSE: six files total. Both PDFs contain the same four layouts. The SVGs are a single care card and an A4 label sheet with editable text.

Fill digitally or write after printing

Use a PDF reader that supports saving forms, then save a separate copy. Repeat pages for more plants. Print at 100% or Actual Size to keep the stated card sizes. Inspect your print preview and a test sheet before a larger batch. SVG text can be changed in a vector editor using your installed fonts.

These are blank record templates: you supply care information for your own plants from a source you trust. No plant-specific care instructions or predetermined watering interval is included.

Personal records and one-business plant inserts

One purchaser or business may fill, modify and print unlimited copies for its own records and provide printed care inserts with its own plants, cuttings or gifts. A print provider may receive files only to fulfil those copies. This is nonexclusive permission; full terms are in LICENSE.txt.

The reusable digital files cannot be redistributed, uploaded or resold, and blank copies cannot be sold as standalone stationery. No third-party artwork, font file or template is bundled.

Digital download after payment

The ZIP becomes available from the order page and account after confirmed payment. Checkout currently requires a United States billing address. This is a digital download; plants, physical cards, supplies and shipping are not included.

The preview shows the actual blank PDF pages. The interactive fields were digitally checked for saved values and rendered appearances. Latin text was tested; support for other scripts and saving in every browser or mobile reader has not been tested. No physical printing test has been performed. No human-only authorship or exclusive intellectual-property rights are promised.
