Damaged, misprinted or incorrect items
If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the item you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue with our production partner and arrange a replacement or refund for a confirmed defect.
Size choices & change of mind
Our shirts are printed individually to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size. Please compare the garment measurements on the product page with a shirt you already own before ordering.
How to start a claim
Email tatyanazaiceva76@yandex.com before sending an item back. Do not mail a return to our studio or to an unconfirmed supplier address. If a return is needed, we will provide the correct fulfillment return address and instructions for that order. You will not be asked to pay return shipping for a confirmed defect caused by us or our production partner.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to initiate a refund within 5 business days after approval; your payment provider may require additional processing time.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
