Description
Turn a quiet birdwatching session into an observation game for a household, classroom or nature club. Players mark actions and features they notice, such as a bird hopping or two birds together. No species names are needed.
24 different cards, plus field notes
- 24 different 3 x 3 bingo cards, with no free center square
- One observation and sketch sheet, one sighting tally and one sketch-and-reflect sheet
- Quickstart instructions and a one-household, classroom or club-group use license
- A4 and US Letter PDF editions in English
Each PDF has the same 29 pages: instructions on page 1, cards 01-24 on pages 2-25, three field-note sheets on pages 26-28, and the license on page 29. The two paper sizes contain the same activity. The ZIP also includes README.txt and LICENSE.txt.
Watch real birds, at your own pace
Find three marked boxes across, down or diagonally. One bird can match several clues. Some clues will not appear on every outing; take your time, return another day or choose a different card. Descriptions of tail length and feather colors are observations, not species-identification rules. An adult or confident reader can read the prompts aloud for a group.
The 24 cards use different combinations and arrangements of 24 observation clues. They are game cards, not 24 species illustrations. No calling cards, species answer key or digital bingo app is included.
Try two pages free
Download one free bingo card and an observation sheet in A4 or US Letter. The same card and note-sheet layout are included in this full pack. No email or checkout is needed for the free sample.
Print only what you need
Use the PDF that matches your paper: A4 (210 x 297 mm) or US Letter (8.5 x 11 inches). Print selected pages in portrait at Actual size / 100%. Files are printable PDFs, not editable templates. A normal PDF reader is required. No physical item will be shipped.
One group-use license
One purchaser may print copies for one household, one classroom or one club group. Printed copies may go to participants in that same group, and PDFs may be shared privately with those participants solely for the activity. You may reuse the sheets with that group. Resale, print-on-demand merchandise, sublicensing, public file hosting and redistribution outside the licensed group are not permitted. Full terms are in LICENSE.txt; mandatory consumer rights remain.
